Battery Charger Fault Codes

If a fault occurred during charging, the red "Fault" LED
(located on the Ground Control Station panel) will flash with
a code corresponding to the error. Refer to the table fol-
lowing for the flash codes and their removal.
FLASH(s)
1 High battery voltage
2 Low battery voltage
3 Charge time is greater than 20 hrs.
4 Shorted battery
5 Over-temperature

If required, further general and troubleshooting information
about the battery charger can be found in the charger manufac-
turers Owner's Guide included in the manual storage box
mounted on the machine.
Discharge battery, unit will auto start.
Connect qualified external AC to charge batteries.
Charge Remove DC loads or replace batteries.
Charge Replace Battery.
Invert Turn the toggle switch to Standby and allow inverter/charger to cool.
Remove excessive AC loads and reset unit by turning the toggle switch to Standby
they ON.
