Usage guidelines
There can be only one default ISP domain.
The specified ISP domain must already exist.
To delete the ISP domain that is used as the default ISP domain, you must change it to a non-default ISP
domain first by using the undo domain default enable command.
Examples
# Create an ISP domain named test, and configure it as the default ISP domain.

Usage guidelines
By blocking an ISP domain, you disable offline users of the domain from requesting network services. The
online users are not affected.
