Usage guidelines
The LDAP service port configured on the device must be consistent with that of the LDAP server.
If you change the IP address and port number of the LDAP authentication server, the change is effective
only for LDAP authentication that occurs after your change.
Examples
# Specify the IP address and port number of the LDAP authentication server as 192.168.0.10.

Use ipv6 to configure the IPv6 address and port number of the LDAP server.
Use undo ipv6 to delete the LDAP server IPv6 address and port number.
Syntax
ipv6 ipv6-address [ port port-number ] [ vpn-instance vpn-instance-name ]

ipv6-address: Specifies the IPv6 address of the LDAP server.
port port-number: Specifies the TCP port number of the LDAP server, which is in the range of 1 to 65535
and defaults to 389.
vpn-instance vpn-instance-name: Specifies the MPLS L3VPN to which the LDAP server belongs, where
vpn-instance-name is a case-sensitive string of 1 to 31 characters. If the server is on the public network,
do not specify this option.
