Description: Blast Packets in Poll Mode and display statistics. Load MAC driver before
running the test.
Syntax: blast

Rx Threshold (def=5)
Enable Host Loopback
Increment length
Regenerate CRC-32 in host loopback mode
Applies CRC-32 check on Rx path
