fast-hello-value: Fast-Hello timer value in milliseconds, which ranges from 100 to 500.
Usage guidelines
This Switch Series supports this command only after SD or EB cards are mounted in it.
The value of the Fast-Hello timer must be less than or equal to one third of the Fast-Fail timer.

# Set the Fast-Hello timer to 100 milliseconds for RRPP domain 1.
