•
Hold the crankshaft during flange re-
moval.
•
Using the suitable special tool, remove
the crankshaft flange.
•
Remove the sealing ring from the
flange, if necessary.
Specific tooling
12.91.36.00 Tool to remove the flywheel-side
flange
•
Remove the crankshaft afterwards.
•
Collect the shim washer from inside the
crankcase.
