Install the glass in the rotary vise. Since this item is slightly tapered, the vise will need to be tilted to
achieve an engraving surface that is as close as possible to being level. Loosen the locking handle, then
tilt the vise until the surface of the glass where the engraving will be is as level as possible and
perpendicular to the spindle axis. Lock the handle to secure the vise.
Turn on the machine and press the Rotary Axis button on the Pendant, then select 1, enter the diameter
of the item, then press Enter on the Pendant to accept the changes. The spindle will move to the center
of the rotary vise at this time.
Open the Vision software and in the Plate Size window and set the Material to Glass(Engraving) and the
Driver to Rotary S4, then select Measure. Since this glass is clear, the marks put on the glass will act as
a guide to locate the upper left and lower right corners of the engraving area.
