Transmission Bearing Holder
1. Remove the 11T gear shaft (8).
2. Remove the external snap ring and 30T gear (7).
3. Fix the 22T gear on pinion shaft by locking tool (Code No. 07916-
-52311) and remove the staking nut (6).
4. Remove the pinion bearing cover (5), taper roller bearing (4),
pinion bearing case (3) and shim (2).
5. Remove the bearing holder mounting screws.
6. Jack up the bearing holder (1) by using the two jack screws and
remove the bearing holder.
(When reassembling)
• Tap in the transmission bearing holder with soft hummer until
contact to transmission case, and then tighten the screws to
specified torque.

Shaft Assemblies
1. Take out the pinion shaft (1), the PTO drive shaft (2), and the four
wheel drive shaft (3).
2. Take out the Hi-Lo range gear shaft (4) with the hi-lo range shift
fork (5).
