Separating Clutch Housing and Mid Case
1. Remove the main gear shift lever (1).
2. Remove the suction pipe (2).
3. Remove the hydraulic filter cartridge (5), the hydraulic block (4),
the suction pipe (6), the 3-points hydraulic system delivery pipe
(7) and the hydraulic filter bracket.
4. Remove the PTO clutch delivery pipe (3).
5. Set the disassembling stands to the clutch housing (9) and the
mid case (8). Hoist the clutch housing with a nylon sling.
6. Remove the clutch housing and the mid case mounting bolts and
nuts.
7. Separate the clutch housing (9) and the mid case (8).
(When reassembling)
• Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1208D or equivalent) to joint
face of the clutch housing and the mid case.
