Front Arm/Front Shock
Absorber/Front Inner
Idler Wheels
REMOVING
1. With skid frame removed and the rear springs
removed from the adjusting cams, remove the lower
cap screws and lock nuts securing the limiter straps
to the rail support. Account for flat washers.
2. Remove the cap screw and lock nut securing the
upper front shock absorber eyelet to the front arm.
Pull the shock eyelet free of the bracket. Account for
a serrated axle.
3. Remove the cap screw and lock nut securing the
front arm to the slide rail; then remove the front arm
and account for the serrated axles, bushings, and an
axle tube.

4. Remove the cap screw and lock nut securing the
shock bracket/inner idler wheels to the slide rail.

5. From one side, tap on the shaft of the assembly rear-
ward until the shaft is clear of the slide rail; then
remove the assembly.
