Configure the Audio Sub-Carrier. For each channel, you
•
can configure:
Frequency
-
Sets the subcarrier frequency. Choices are:
4830 kHz
6800 kHz
8300 kHz
Note the subcarrier frequency must match the
incoming signal. If not, the RX will indicate an alarm
condition and you will get no audio on that channel.
Use the Monitor Radio feature on the Main Page to
see which subcarrier is mis-set.
Enabled
-
When selected (checked), turns that audio channel on.
When not selected (unchecked), turns that audio
channel off.
-
Deemphasis
When selected (checked), applies deemphasis to the
audio signal. This takes out emphasis (high frequency
boost) added on the transmit end.
When not selected (unchecked), turns deemphasis off.
Filtered
-
When selected (checked), applies filtering to the audio
signal. This is a notch filter to remove the video scan
rate frequency from the audio signal.
When not selected (unchecked), turns filtering off.
