0x0 ACS P2P Request Redirect Enable. When set, the port performs
ACS Peer-to-Peer Request Redirect.

forms ACS Peer-to-Peer Completion Redirect.

ACS Upstream Forwarding.

ACS Peer-to-Peer Egress Control.

ACS Direct Translated Peer-to-Peer control.
