3.6.1 Ventilation mixer group

The fan on the rear side of the machine ventilates the
mixer group.
The fan is easy to remove by turning the screw
underneath.
The fan speed can be adjusted in the service menu:

3.6.2 Ventilation waste bin

The fan on the side of the machine ventilates the waste
bin.
The fan runs as long as the machine is switched on.
