4. Type gpcdng command to enter Privileged EXEC Mode.
Now you can manage your switch with CLI commands through Telnet connection.


Firstly configure the Telnet login mode as "nqikp" and the connection password as 678 in the
prompted DOS screen shown in Figure 1-7.
Now, you can logon by Telnet in nqikp"oqfg:
1. Make sure the switch and the PC are in the same LAN. Click Uvctv and type in eof in the
Search programs and files window and press the Gpvgt button.
