10.6
SWITCHING-OFF FAILURE DURING WORKING PHASE
If the flame extinguishes during the working stage and the smoke temperature goes
lower than the minimum working threshold, the alarm does go off and the turn-off
stage will be immediately activated (see drawing D91).
To deactivate the alarm press button 3 and the thermo-stove or insert will come to the
normal state after doing the final cleaning.
10.7
THERMAL ALARM
If in working phase the thermal security alarm shows up (see drawing D92), the
turn-off stage will be immediately activated. This alarm means an overheating of the
internal part of the pellet storage tank, this device locks the operation of the machine.
The restart needs to be done manually by an authorised technician.
The replacement of the 90ºC safety device is not included in the warranty unless
the technical assistance centre demonstrates a faulty component.
10.8
COMBUSTION CHAMBER PRESSURE ALARM
This alarm is triggered when there is a pressure change in the combustion chamber
(door open, dirty ash reservoirs, down draughts, blocked flue...). The electronic
pressure switch locks the working of the thermo-stove or insert and shows the alarm.
After that the turn-off stage will be immediately activated (see drawing D93).
10.9
LACK OF PRIMARY AIR INTAKE FLOW ALARM
Your thermo-stove or insert hydro has a flow sensor placed inside the primary air
suction pipe. It detects the proper circulation of combustion air and the smoke
exhaust. In case of insufficient air intake (due to incorrect smoke outlet or improper air
intake), the sensor sends a "lock" signal. After that the turn-off stage will be immediately activated (see drawing D94).
10.10
WORM GEAR FAILURE ALARM
The control of the fuel load delivered to the thermo-stove or insert is automatically
monitored through the electronic programming. This alarm goes off in the event that
the auger breaks down and feeds continuously. If this happens, the thermo-stove or
insert stops and the display will show the following alarm. Immediately afterwards, the
turn-off stage will be activated (see drawing D95).
In case this alarm appears you should contact the technical support service.
10.11
FLOW SENSOR ANOMALY SENSOR
In case of a failure of the flow sensor, which is positioned in the primary air intake
tube, a lock out signal is sent to the thermo-stove or insert and right after that the turn-
off stage will be immediately activated. (see drawing D96).
In case this alarm appears you should contact the technical support service.
10.12
WATER TEMPERATURE SENSOR FAULT ALARM
This alarm goes off when the sensor for detecting water temperature is disconnected
or it breaks. During the alarm state, the insert or thermo-stove will be turned off using
the standard turn-off procedure (see drawing D97).
In case this alarm appears you should contact the technical support service.
10.13
WATER TEMPERATURE ALARM
This alarm goes off when the probe detects a water temperature higher than 90°C.
Therefore the display shows the following message (see drawing D98):
In case this alarm appears you should contact the technical support service.
10.14
CIRCUIT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE ALARM
It goes off when the pressure transducer detects an out of boundspressure, either lower than 0.4 bars or higher
than 2.5 bars. The system automatically interrupts the pellet supply and the display will show on the screen an
alarm "pressure water". Right afterwards, the turn-off stage is activated (see drawing D99).
In case this alarm appears you should contact the technical support service.
