GENERAL WARNINGS
The installation of a thermo stove or insert must be done according to the local, national or European regulations.
Thermo-stoves by Bronpi Calefacción, S.L. are manufactured under a quality control system in order to protect both the user and the fitter
in the event of possible accidents. We also recommend to the authorized personnel that, each time that an operation in the thermo-stove or
insert is going to be done, pay special attention to the electrical connections, especially that stripped or bear wires which should never be
outside the connections, avoiding dangerous contacts.
The installation must be performed by authorized personnel who must provide the buyer a declaration of conformity of the
installation where he will assume full responsibility for the final installation and, therefore, the proper operation of the installed
product. Bronpi Calefacción S.L. will not assume any liability in the case of failure to comply with these precautions.
The manufacturer will not assume any liability for damages caused to third parties due to improper installation or misuse of the thermo-stove
or insert.
In order to ensure the correct operation of the product, components can only be replaced with original spare parts and by an authorized
technician.
Maintenance of the thermo-stove must be performed at least once a year by an Authorized Technical Service.
For your safety and security you should consider:
Do not touch the thermo-stove or insert with bare feet or with wet body parts.
The door of the machine must be closed during operation.
It is forbidden to modify the safety or regulating devices without the permission of the manufacturer.
Avoid direct contact with any parts of the product that tend to reach high temperatures during its operation.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The thermo-stove or insert that you have purchased contains the following pieces:
Complete structure of the thermo-stove or insert on the pallet.
Inside the combustion chamber you can find: a box/bag with a thermal glove that allows us to use the handle of the door and other
components. The electrical interconnection cable between the machine and the electrical network. A hook (cold hands handle) to
make easier the removing and cleaning of the burner. The remote control of the thermo-stove or insert (battery included). A yellow
leaflet with the most important warnings and considerations. A book in order to register all maintenance tasks performed to the thermo-
stove or insert as well as this installation, use and servicing manual.
Inside the combustion chamber you will also find the burner and the ash pan.
The equipment consists of several elements of steel sheets welded, with different thickness. It also has a door with vitro ceramic glass
(resistant up to 750ºC) and ceramic rope seal for the air tightness of the combustion chamber.
The heating of the surrounding ambient is produced by radiation: through the glass-ceramic and the body, the heat is radiated into the room.
Heat is also radiated through the hydraulic circuit in which it is installed (radiators, panels, underfloor heating, etc) because the thermo-stove
or insert reaches a high thermal efficiency derived from a large exchange surface and water capacity, which is generated by a chamber that
completely surrounds (side, top and bottom) the combustion chamber.

WARNING:
The use of a low quality pellet or any other fuel in disagreement with the specifications mentioned below implies the cancellation of
the warranty and the responsibility bounded to the product
Only wood pellets certified by these standards or certifications should be used :
Standards:
Ö-Norm M 7135 | Din 51731 | EN-14962-2 (all repealed and included in ISO-17225-2)
ISO-17225-2
Quality certifications:
DIN+
ENplus: On the web site (www.pelletenplus.es) you can check all manufacturers and distributors with certificate.
It is strongly recommended that the pellet is certified with quality certifications because this is the only way to guarantee the
constant quality of the pellet.
Bronpi Calefacción recommends the use of pellets with 6 mm diameter, a maximum longer of 3.5 cm and with a humidity percentage lower
than 8%.
STORAGE OF PELLET
In order to guarantee combustion without any problem it is necessary to keep the pellet in a dry ambient.
PELLET SUPPLY
Open the tank cover on the top of the equipment and empty directly the pellet bag
taking care of not overflowing. You should also avoid that the fuel spills out and
falls outside the hopper because it would fall into the equipment.
In case of insert Alpes Hydro, it will be enough with the opening of the upper tray
to do the fuel supply (use the glove provided) and after that fill up the pellet load
tray with a suitable container, taking care of do not overflow. Push the drawer
inward with the provided accessory until the pellet falls on the hopper. Repeat this
operation several times until you could see the pellet on the hopper through the
drawer (see drawing D1).
