7.2 CLEANING ThE COMbUSTION ChAMbER

Once a week, clean the combustion chamber as follows:
- remove the brazier;
- rotate the cams forward so that they free up the internal deflector;
- gently lift it to release it from the bottom slot, rotate it bringing the top
part outwards and extract it;
- clear the ash which has gathered in the combustion chamber using a
vacuum cleaner;
- subsequent to thorough cleaning, proceed with re-assembly of the
internal deflector, following the instructions above in reverse order;
- ensure that the back is lodged into the housing in the bottom area and
secure it using the two cams;
- re-insert the brazier.

A vacuum cleaner is needed when carrying out this cleaning
operation to vacuum up the ash.

7.3 CLEANING ThE FLUE SySTEM

Remove the smoke outlet inspection port from the fixed part of the base
and proceed with cleaning the flue pipe. Inspect and clean the flue if
necessary. Re-assemble the inspection port.
We recommend that you also check the wear and tear of the port seal
and beading of the smoke outlet pipe; where necessary, replace them.
We recommend that this maintenance is carried out monthly at least,
until the relevant experience of operation conditions has been acquired.
If necessary, at least for the first few times, call on the assistance of
qualified personnel.

7.4 CLEANING ThE ENAMELLEd METAL PARTS

When cleaning the enamelled metal parts of the product use a soft cloth moistened with water.

Never clean metal parts using alcohol, solvents, petroleum-based products, acetones or other degreasing or abrasive substances.
In the event of such substances being used the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage caused.
Discolouration of metal parts may be the result of misuse.
