- position the base in the installation housing, respecting the positioning
measurements with respect to the extractable part of the product (Fig.
46);
- check the flatness of the base, insert suitable shims where required;
- where required, carry out Multifuoco channeling of the left fan, refer
to the paragraph "MULTIFUOCO SYSTEM" and to the installation
manual provided with the connectors (optional);
- you MUST safely fix the base to the support surface using suitable
fixing means, using ALL 4 HOLES [D] present for this specific purpose
and indicated by the arrows (Fig. 46);
- subsequently, carry out connection of the smoke outlet.

If the base is not fixed, the product will overturn during the
extraction stage.

Make sure that the base anchoring surface is sufficiently
resistant.
a
If the surface lacks sufficient resistance, anchor the base with
rear brackets (not supplied).

5.5 ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS ANd CONTROL dEvICES

Power cable (1)
• The appliance must be connected to a 230 V 50 Hz socket using
a power cable (not supplied) with suitable section, connected to a
terminal board present in the back right area of the fixed part of the
product. Once the connection has been carried out, fix the cable to
the jumper present near the terminal board, which was previously
removed (Fig. 47).
• The power input is detailed in the paragraph "TECHNICAL
SPECIFICATIONS".

The appliance must be connected to an effective earthing
system.

Check that the electric power cable, in its final position, is not
in contact with hot parts.
a
Ensure that the plug for electrical connection is accessible
even after installing the appliance.
Room temperature probe connection (3)
• When installing the appliance, you must connect the room temperature
probe provided to the relevant housing (Fig. 48). The probe may be
positioned as demonstrated in Figure 48 or you can unravel the tie
and position the bulb in a position which is more suited to reveal the
room temperature.
