Remotely Setting an End Time for the Videoconference

When you are hosting a videoconference with your SCOPIA XT Series MCU Edition, you can set
an end time. You can do this from the web interface only.

Changing the Video Layout from the SCOPIA XT Series MCU Edition

Having multiple participants in a videoconference always requires careful consideration to lay
out many windows inside one screen. The SCOPIA XT Series has a number of available video
layouts: full screen, Continuous Presence (CP) 2, CP3, CP4, CP7, CP8, and CP9.

Select Meeting > Contacts
Answer a call
Repeat steps according to the number of participants allowed in your system.

Access the web interface.
Select Make your call > Conference > Settings > Scheduling.
