Managing the Videoconference from an SCOPIA XT Series Endpoint

When you use the SCOPIA XT Series as an endpoint, you can manage conferences hosted by
another endpoint. This functionality is only available if the hosting endpoint supports remote
videoconference management via H.243.
You can manage videoconferences from the endpoint itself, or remotely using the web
interface.
Note
If the endpoint hosting the meeting does not support H.243, required to remotely manage the
videoconference, the Meeting option in the in-call menu is not available (see
page

Access the meeting settings as follows:
From the endpoint, press
From the web interface, select Make your call > Meeting.
