Finisher

• Check that the [Finisher] tab is displayed on the printer driver setting screen. If the tab is not displayed or is grayed out and cannot be
operated, use [Printer config.] on the [Environment] tab to select the configuration of the Finisher that is connected to the printer and click
the [Apply] button. The [Finisher] tab will be displayed on the driver setting screen. "Environment" )p.2-30 )p.3-35
• This chapter describes the usable items for the HC Finisher.
When connecting the HC Auto Stacker, only [Offset output] can be used.
This tab sets the method of adding covers, the punching/stapling positions, the method of creating booklets, etc.
~ ~ ~ ~ Settings (for HC Finisher)
Add cover
Adds a front cover and/or a back cover to prints when out-
putting.
Booklet
Creates booklets by folding paper in two.
Stapler
Staples printed paper.
Punching
Punches holes in printed paper.
Output tray
Selects the tray to which prints are output.

Offset output
Outputs prints to the Shift Tray at an offset position for each
set.

Outputs prints to the Stacking Tray at an offset position for
each set.
Paper fold
Outputs paper that has been folded into two.
Default
Returns the settings on the [Finisher] tab to the default set-
tings.
