Form print pattern

Selects whether a form is printed onto the same face as output data (Single side overlay) or onto the reverse side (Double side
overlay).

OFF
No form is printed.
Single side overlay
A form is printed onto the same face as the output data.
When duplex printing is set, [Specify Front and Back
respectively] can be selected. If a checkmark is placed at
[Specify Front and Back respectively], [Front form] and
[Back form] can be selected from the form list sepa-
rately.

Double side overlay
Fixed form data is printed repeatedly onto the side spec-
ified with [Form data print face].
Output data is printed onto the other side as variable
data.
Single + Double side overlay
Output data is overlaid on a form and printed onto one
side, and another form is printed onto the other side.
