PISTON RING INSTALLATION
Clean the ring grooves thoroughly and install the piston rings .
NOTE
Avoid piston and piston ring damage during installation.
Install the piston rings with the marking facing up .

PISTON INSTALLATION
Install the piston with its "IN" mark on the intake valve side .
Install the piston pin with new piston pin clips.
NOTE
00 not align the piston pin clip end gap with the piston cutout.
• 00 no t let the clips fall into the crankcase.
CYLINDER INSTALLATION
Clean off any gasket material from the crankcase surface.
Install a new gasket , O-ring and the dowel pins.
