ALTERNATOR/ CAM / CHAIN TENSIONER
ALTERNATOR REMOVAL
Drain the engine oil (page 2-21.
Remove the left crankcase cover bolts and the cover.
Hold the flywheel with the universal holder and remove the nut.
TOOL:
Universal holder

Remove the flvwheel with the flywheel puller.
TOOL:
Flvwheel puller 07733 - 0010000
DisconneCllhe alternator wire connector.
Remove the stator coil mounting boilS, ignition pulse generator
mounting bolts and wire holder plale bolt.
