BRAKE SYSTEM
FR ONT BRA KE LE VER FREE PLA Y
Measure the front brake lever free play at the tip of the brake lever.
FREE PLAY : 10-20 mm (3/8 -314 in)
If necessary, t urn the adjusting nut to obtain the speci f ied free
play .
REAR BRA KE PEDAL FRE E PLAY
Check the brake pedal free play
FREE PLAY : 10-20 mm (3/8 - 3/4 in )
If necessary, turn the adjusting nut to obtain the specified free
play .
NOTE
Make sure the cutout on the adjusting nut is seated on t he brake
arm pin after making the final free play adjustment.
