Carburetor Assembly - Honda 1988 Z50R Service Manual

CARBURETOR ASSEMBLY
Clean all parts in high flash point solvent and blow dry with com -
pressed air.
Inst all the needle jet holder and main jet.
Install the throttle stop screw and air screw.
NOTE
Handle all jets and needles with care. They can easily be scored
or scratched.
Set the air screw at the position recorded during disassembly.
Install the float valve, float and floa t pin then secure the pin with
the screw.
Check operation of the float .
Alter assembling the carburetor, measure the float level.
