Brake Pedal Removal/Installation - Honda 1988 Z50R Service Manual

REAR WHEEL/ BRAKE/ SUSPENSION
Install the rear shock absorbers Ipage 12-101,
Tighten the pivot nut.
TORQUE : 4 5N·m 14.5 kg-m . 33 ft6 -lbl
Install the rear wheel (page 12-5).
Install the chain cover and chain guard.
BRAKE PEDAL
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Remove the rear brake adjusting nul. return spring and cotter pin.
Remove the rear brake pedal.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
NOTE
Apply grease to the brake pedal pivot .
• Use a new cotter pin .
Adjust the brake pedal free play (page 3- 101.
