Coat the camshaft and camshaft bearings with clean engine oil.
While holding the rocker arms out of the way, install the
camshaft into the cylinder head w ith the cam lobes facing the
piston.
Install the dowel pin into the camshaft.
Align the punch mark on the cam sprocket with cut-out on the
cylinder head.
Install the cam chain o .... er the sprocket .
Install and tighten the cam sprocket bolts to the specified torque.
T orque: 9 N'm (0.9 kg-m, 6.5 Ib-ft)
Recheck the valve timing.
Install the left side cover aligning the tab with the stopper on
the cylinder head as shown.
