5 ● System Settings
Storing New Values for (Changing) the Preset
1. Establish the proper settings on your machine that you want the
preset to contain (class, destination, envelope ad, etc.).
NOTE: If no class is selected, you may save a postage amount
as a preset. Once a class is selected, you can not save a postage
amount.

Use the Review keys to scroll to "Change setup?" and press Enter/

4. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Use preset setup?" and press
Enter/yes.
5. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Store new preset?" and press
Enter/yes. You have a choice whether to review the settings of the
new preset before you store it.
Yes to Review Settings - Scroll to view the preset settings of class,
ad, inscription, date, etc.
No to Review Settings - Skips the review.
6. When prompted, press Enter/yes to confirm the storing of new
preset. A message confirms the new preset
7. When finished, follow prompts to return to main screen.
Recalling the Preset to Use for Mailing
You can call up the preset values at any time to use on your mail with
this simple procedure.

2. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Recall Preset?" and press Enter/
yes. You return to the main screen with the preset values displayed.

Setting/Disabling the Lock Code

The lock code prevents unauthorized access to your system after the
machine has been powered up and/or has entered sleep mode.
Menu.

2. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Change Setup" and press Enter/
yes.
3. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Use lock code setup?" and press
Enter/yes. If you have already established a lock code, you are
prompted to enter the lock code at this point. Key in the four-digit
code and press Enter/yes.
4. Use the Review keys to scroll to:

prompt. Type in a four-digit code and press Enter/yes. Re-enter the
