Editing Account Name and Password

You can edit an account name and password if you wish.
Menu
1.
Press
2.
Use the Review keys to scroll to "Use Accounting functions?" and
press Enter/yes.
3.
Use the Review keys to scroll to "Edit an existing Account?" and
press Enter/yes.
4.
Use the Review keys to scroll to the account you want to edit and press
Enter/yes.
If a password has been assigned to this account, you will
NOTE:
be prompted for one. Key in the 4-digit password if necessary and
press Enter/yes.
Depending on how the account is set up, you can:
Edit Account Name
Assign a Password to Account
- follow prompts to assign a 4-digit password. Re-enter password to
confirm.
Edit Account Password
Delete Account Password

Follow the prompts to edit another account or return to the
Accounting menu. Follow prompts to return to main screen.

Selecting an Account to Track Postage

This procedure assumes you have created an account already.
Menu
1.
Press
2.
Scroll to "Change account?" and press Enter/yes. The currently
selected account displays.
3.
Use the Review keys to scroll to the desired account and press
Enter/yes.
If a password has been assigned to this account, you
NOTE 1:
will be prompted to enter one. Key in the 4-digit password if
necessary. A message confirms your choice and the main screen
displays.

NOTE 2:
for information on the effects on system functions when gaining
access to the system by entering the lock code password versus
the accounting password.
