Spruzzare con "AGIP Contact Cleaner" o altro spray antiumidità le
connesssioni del nuovo cablaggio e posizionare quest'ultimo sul motociclo.
NOTA: Il nuovo cablaggio è fornito , in alternativa, in due versioni:
1) cablaggio "C" (pag. O.57);
2) cablaggio "D" con cablaggio aggiuntivo "E" (pagg. O.59- O.60).
Nell'effettuare le connessioni dei cablaggi ai vari utillizzatori, attenersi agli
schemi riportati alle pagg. O.57, O.59, O.60. Montare il pulsante
delll'avvisatore acustico sul lato sinistro del manubrio (cavo di massa sulla
bobina) e l'interruttore luci nel foro (X) posto sulla destra del portafaro
anteriore. Montare il nuovo commutatore sinistro (46): questo commutatore
consente di selezionare la "mappatura" ideale della centralina "b" in funzio-
ne delle condizioni del terreno (pulsante "a" in posizione di riposo: selezio-
nata mappatura per terreno asciutto; pulsante "a" premuto: selezionata
mappatura per terreno bagnato). Rimontare il telaietto posteriore completo
di scatola filtro e parafango posteriore. Ripristinare i collegamenti elettrici
(per le connessioni vedere alle pagg. O.57, O.59, O.60) e montare i cavi di
massa sul fissaggio superiore della bobina A.T.. Montare le fascette di
fissaggio del nuovo cablaggio (dalla n° 1 alla n° 7, nelle posizioni indicate
sulle foto).
Montare il nuovo silenziatore (47) utilizzando i fissaggi (C) precedentemente
rimossi e montare su di esso i due gommini (48) come indicato nella foto.
Rimontare le parti precedentemente rimosse.

Spray the connectors of the new main wiring harness with "AGIP Contact
Cleaner" or other moisture guard product. Place the new main wiring
harness on the motorcyle.
NOTE: the new main wiring harness is supplied, in alternative, in two
versions:
1) wiring harness "C" (page O.57);
2) wiring harness "D" with additional wiring harness "E" (pages O.59- O.60).
Connect the electrical parts according with the wiring diagrams on pages
O.57, O.59, O.60. Assemble the horn button on the L.H. side of the handlebar
(fasten the ground cable on H.T. coil) and the lights switch in the hole (X)
located on the R.H. side of the front headlamp fairing.
Assemble the new L.H. switch (46): this commutator allows to select the
correct ECU "b" map according with the ground conditions (knob "a" in rest
position to select dry ground map; push knob "a" to select wet ground map).
Re-assemble the rear frame assy. complete with air filter and rear fender.
Connect the electrical parts (see pages O.57, O.59, O.60 for the
connections) and assemble the ground cables on the H. T. coil upper
fastening screw. Assemble the fastening cable straps on the new main
wiring harness (strap from no. 1 to no. 7, according with the positions
shown in the pictures). Assemble the new exhaust silencer (47) using the
previously removed parts (C) then fit the two grommets (48) as shown in the
picture. Re-assemble the previously removed parts.

Vaporiser avec du "AGIP Contact Cleaner" ou autre spray contre l'humidité
les liaisons du nouveau câblage et positionner ce dernier sur le motocycle.
NOTE: Le nouveau câblage est fourni, en alternative, en deux versions:
1) câblage" C" (page O.57);
2) câblage" D" avec câblage additionnel "E" (pages O.59 - O.60).
Connecter les parties électriques au câblage en les concernant aux
schémas reportés aux pages O.57, O.59, O.60. Monter le bouton pour
avertiseur acoustique sur le côté gauche du guidon (fixer le câble de masse
sur la bobine ) et l'interrupteur feux dans le trou (X) sur la droite du porte-
faro avant.
Monter le nouveau commutateur gauche (46): ce commutateur permet de
sélectionner le diagramme idéal du centrale "b" dans les conditions du
terrain (bouton "a" en position de repos: sélectionnée diagramme pour
terrain sec; bouton "a" pressé: sélectionnée diagramme pour terrain
trempé). Remonter le cadre arrière complet de boîte filtre et garde-boue
arrière. Rétablir les liaisons électriques (pour les connexions voir aux
O.54 Part. N. 8000 A8796 (03-2007)
