Stacco telaietto posteriore completo di parafango (TE- SMR: e del fanale
posteriore) e scatola filtro aria
Rimuovere la sella e scollegare la batteria (A) come descritto a pag. E.14.
Rimuovere i pannelli laterali come descritto a pag. E.16.
Rimuovere il serbatoio carburante come descritto a pag. E.21.
Togliere le molle (1) tra silenziatore di scarico e tubo intermedio; con una
chiave da 8 mm all'esterno e da 10 mm all'interno, rimuovere le viti (2) che
fissano il silenziatore al telaietto posteriore. Togliere il silenziatore.
Sul lato sinistro, togliere i collegamenti elettrici dal motorino di avviamento
[
usare una chiave da 8 mm per togliere il cavo di massa (3) ed una da 10
mm per il dado sotto il cappuccio in gomma (4)
che tengono la tubazione frizione ed il cablaggio dell'alternatore.
Togliere, sul lato destro del coperchio testa, la fascetta (6) della tubazione di
sfiato proveniente dalla scatola filtro; togliere la tubazione (7) dal coperchio
testa. Togliere la tubazione (B: TE-SMR) dal raccordo di aspirazione
Scollegare il teleruttore avviamento (8) completo di fusibili (B) ed il
connettore (9) del fanale posteriore dall'impianto cavi (TE-SMR).
Senza staccarne la connessione dall'impianto cavi, rimuovere: il regolatore
di tensione (13), la centralina elettronica CDI (10) completa di supporto ela-
stico dal telaietto posteriore e la centralina (12) di controllo valvola
solenoide dal parafango posteriore.
Allentare la fascetta (11) che fissa il raccordo in gomma della scatola filtro
sul carburatore.
Removal of rear frame with fender (TE- SMR: with tail light) and air filter
box assy.
Remove the saddle and disconnect the battery (A) from the electric system
as shown on page E.14.
Remove the side panels as shown on page E.16.
Remove the fuel tank as shown on page E.21.
Remove the springs (1) between exhaust silencer and intermediate pipe;
using a 8 mm wrench from the outer side and a 10 mm wrench from the
inner side, remove the screws (2) that fasten the exhaust silencer to the rear
frame. Remove the exhaust silencer.
On the L.H. side, detach the electrical connections from the starting motor

use a 8 mm wrench to remove the ground cable (3 and a 10 mm wrench to
remove the nut under the rubber cap (4)
cable connecting clamps (5).
On the R.H. side of the cylinder head cover, remove the breather hose clamp
(6) of the air filter box; remove the hose (7) from the cylinder head cover.
Remove the hose (B: TE-SMR) from the intake manifold. Disconnect from
the main wiring harness the solenoid starter (8) assy. with fuses (B) and the
connector (9) of the tail lamp (TE-SMR).
Without detaching the connection from the main wiring harness, remove: the
voltage regulator (13), the electronic power unit CDI (10) complete with
elastic holder from the rear frame and the electronic unit (12) for the control
of the solenoid valve from the rear fender.
Loosen the clamp (11) that fastens the air filter box rubber manifold on the
carburetor.
