These.measurements.must.be.equal.for.the.stab.to.be.
aligned.

Check.to.make.sure.the.wing.and.stabilizer.are.parallel..If.
they.are.not,.lightly.sand.the.opening.in.the.fuselage.for.
the.stab.until.the.stab.is.parallel.to.the.wing.

