Countermeasure
Attempting the security reception without setting. Perform the se-
curity reception setting first.
Attempting to cancel Security reception when a Security reception
document is present.
Print the received document.
One or more of the following operations was attempted when the
scanner was in use. Wait until the scanning finishes before at-
tempting the operation.
· Transmission to a different destination.
· Storing a document reserved for polling.
· Attempted to change the resolution or contrast.
During security reception. Print the received security reception
document.
The recipient for the reserved transmission has not been regis-
tered yet.
· Attempting to turn on all fax forward settings in Tel mode. Fax
forward cannot be used in Tel mode.
· Call forward cannot be used in this reception mode. When using
call forward, set the reception mode to Fax/Tel or Tel/Fax.
No recipient has been registered for fax forwarding, or no regis-
tered recipient has been set to On. Set at least one recipient On for
forwarding faxes.
A ratio more than 400% was specified for enlarge transmission ra-
tio. Reset the number between 100% and 400%..
The entered ratio is incorrect. Enter the correct ratio again.
Names or numbers were entered exceeding the maximum limit.
Re-enter within the maximum number of characters.
The number of department codes exceeded 100.
Up to 100 department codes can be registered.
Pressed during fax transmission. Cancel the transmission by
STOP
FAX CANCEL/JOB CONFIRM
