Setting Cost Management
a. Select the [Setting] key.
b. Select [Management].
c. Toggle to page 2 and select [Cost Management].
d. Select [Copy].
e. Insert the amount you wish to bill per copy, this number should
be entered as dollar:cents.
f. Select [Enter].
g. Register [Fax] if necessary.
h. The cost management has been set.

15. Accessing Meter Counts
a. Select the [Setting] key.
b. Select [Counter].
c. The total print and scan counts will be displayed.
d. Select [Print Total] to view a breakdown of the print counts.
e. Select [Scan Total] to view a breakdown of the scan counts.

16. Setting the Transmission Confirmation
Report Default to "On"
a. Select the [Setting] key.
b. Select [Fax Functions].
c. Select [Default Settings].
d. Select [Tx Report].
e. Select [On] and select [Enter].
f. The report will automatically print after each transmission.

17. Printing a list of Address Book
Entries
a. Select the [List] key.
b. Select [Speed Dial].
c. Select [Yes].
d. The address book list will print.

18. Printing a List of Macro Commands
a. Select the [List] key.
b. Select [Settings List].
c. Select [Macro List].
d. Select [Yes].
e. The macro program list will print.

19. Setting the default Scan to E-mail
File Format (*OB)
a. Select the [Settings] key.
b. Select [Mail Functions].
c. Select [Default Settings].
d. Select [File Type].
e. Select [PDF] and then [Enter].
f. The default setting has been changed to PDF.
