1. Tap > Settings > Sounds & Notifications.
2. On the Sounds tab, choose how you want to be notified by selecting the
appropriate check boxes.
3. On the Notifications tab, select an event from the Event field, and
choose how you want to be notified by selecting the appropriate check
boxes (for example, a special sound, a message, or a flashing light). If you
clear all of the options, you will still see an icon notifying you of the event.
Turning off sounds and the flashing light helps conserve battery power.
TIP

Time, alarms and regional options

Setting date and time
1. Tap > Settings >Clock & Alarms.
2. On the Time tab, set the time zone, date and time.
3. Press and confirm the change.
Setting alarms
You can define up to three alarms.
1. Tap > Settings >Clock & Alarms, and select the Alarms tab.
2. Define an alarm:
a Tap <Description> and enter the alarm name.
b Select the days when alarm is active.
