Charging the battery

New batteries are shipped partially charged. Before you start using your
device, it is recommended that you fully charge the battery.
Use only the original device batteries. For more information, see "Caution:
Battery safety" on page 70.
To charge the battery, plug the provided charger into a standard AC outlet
and the Micro-USB end of the charger into the connector on the left side of
the device.
The charging indicator light in the upper right corner of the device will turn
orange to show that the device is being charged. If the device is turned on
during charging, the charging icon is shown in the screen title bar.
When the battery is fully charged, the charging indicator turns green and
the charging icon shows .
