Setting up a Windows Live Hotmail e-mail account
You can set up your device to send and receive e-mail from your Windows
Live Hotmail account.
1. Tap > E-mail and select Setup E-mail.
2. Enter your e-mail address and password, select Save password, and
then tap Next.
3. When the Auto Setup has finished, tap Next.
4. Tap Accept. When the settings have been found, tap Next.
5. If you do not want Windows Live options to appear on the Home screen,
clear the Live Search bar and Windows Live services check boxes, and
then tap Next
6. If you want to synchronize contacts and e-mail, make sure that the check
boxes next to Store Windows Live contacts in your cellular phone's
contact list and Sync e-mail are selected. Make sure that the Merge
duplicates contacts check box is selected if you want your contacts to
show in your on-device contact list.
7. Tap Next.
The device starts to synchronize with your Hotmail account.
8. Tap Done.
Setting up a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account
To set up the account, you must obtain the name of the Exchange Server and
the server domain from your service provider or your system administrator.
You must also know your Exchange Server user name and password.
