Synchronization
If you are synchronizing using USB and are experiencing problems:
– Disconnect all other USB devices and reconnect your device using a
different USB port.
– Check that the device's battery is charged. If the battery is not
charged, charge it by connecting the wall charger to the Micro-USB
plug on your device and plug it into a standard power outlet.
If you are synchronizing using Bluetooth, make sure that Bluetooth is
enabled both on your device and on your computer, and that they are
paired correctly.
If you cannot establish data connections or make satellite calls while
synchronizing your device, set the synchronization software to allow
data connections and satellite calls. For more information, see "Setting
up synchronization software" on page 145.
Turn the device off, then turn it on again. Press and hold
asked whether you want to turn the device off, tap Yes. Turn the device
on by pressing and releasing
Restart your computer and try connecting your device again.
Download and install the latest version of the synchronization software.
