You can change the message priority and language. For Outlook e-
mail using an Exchange Server, you can also set permissions and
change security options for encrypting and signing e-mails.

Setting permissions on an e-mail message

This procedure works only with a Microsoft Outlook e-mail account and RMS
Server SP1.
1. When creating an e-mail message, tap
2. In the Permission drop-down menu, do one of the following:
• To allow anyone to read the message, select Unrestricted access.
• To prevent the message from being forwarded, printed, or copied,
select Do not forward.

Text messages

You can send and receive text messages with your device. To send text
messages, follow these instructions.
1. Tap > Text >
2. In the To: field, enter recipient's phone number. To add a number from
Contacts, tap
3. To enter your message, tap within the message area.
Messaging
> Spell Check.
> New.
> Add Recipient.
> Message Options.
> Message Options.
