quickly add a message recipient from the company directory. Access to the
company directory is available if your organization uses Microsoft Exchange
Server 2003 SP2 or higher, and after you complete your first synchronization
with Exchange Server.
Your device must be set up with a data connection.
NOTE
1. Synchronize with Exchange Server, if you have never done so.
2. Do any of the following:

In Contacts, tap
•
In a new message, tap the To: box. Tap
tap Company Directory.
•
In a new meeting request, tap Attendees > Add Required Attendee,
and then tap Company Directory at the top of the list.
3. Enter the contact name and tap Search.
You can search by the following categories, as long as they are included
in your organization's company directory:
•
First name
•
Last name
•
E-mail name
•
Display name
•
E-mail address
•
Office location
Phone
> Company Directory.
> Add Recipient, and then
