Viewing a list of meeting participants

You can view the list of meeting participants by tapping an appointment
and selecting Attendees.
If you select a meeting that you have organized, the list shows who has
accepted or declined the meeting.
To view an attendee's contact information, tap the attendee's name. If the
attendee is included in your contacts list, you will see the contact
information immediately. If the attendee is not in your contacts list, tap
Company Directory to view the contact information.

Tasks

The Tasks application allows you to set up, prioritize and keep track of your
tasks.

2. Enter the subject for the task.
You can also set the priority, status, start and due dates, occurrence
frequency, reminders, categories, and sensitivity of the task, and add
more information in the Notes tab.

Tasks are listed in alphabetical order. High priority tasks are shown on top. To
sort and organize your tasks in a different way, tap
Calendar, tasks, and notes
> New Task.
> Sort By or
> Filter.
