Changing synchronization settings for Exchange
Server
You can change the synchronization settings for E-mail and Calendar.
1. If your device is connected to your computer, disconnect it.
2. Tap
> ActiveSync > Menu > Options.
3. Under Microsoft Exchange, select E-mail, and tap Settings.
In the Download the past drop-down menu, select the number of
previous days e-mail messages to download.
