Select a Control Group button and touch the Name button to assign a name in the key-
board popup.
Select a Control Group button and touch the Assign button to display the Assign Chan-
nels to CG View (Figure 8-2).
Select the slave channels to assign to the group. Select each channel by touching it ex-
plicitly or by dragging across a range of channels. Deselect a selected channel by touch-
ing it again. If the slave channels are assigned to a strip on the console, their S LED
lights above the fader.
You can also use the three utility buttons (Select All, Select None, Select Range) at the
bottom of the Assign Channels to CG View to select the desired channels. See page 75
in Chapter 4: Touchscreen for information on these buttons.

Assign Control Group Master to Strip

Control Group Master channels are assigned to strips just like any other channel (see
Assign Channels to Strips on page 91). When the Control Group Master is assigned to a
strip, the M LED lights above the fader on the console. If the slave channels are assigned
to a strip on the console, their S LED lights above the fader.
