8.16.3 Replacing a Flex2 backrest

Requirements:
· Torx Bit TX40 wrench
Dismantling the backrest unit:
·
Remove the backrest cushion.
·
Loosen the hand wheels (4).
·
Remove the backrest tube (1) from the backrest mounting bracket (2).
·
Loosen and remove the screws (3), including the sleeve and washers, with a Torx Bit TX40
wrench on the left and right side of the chair.
·
Remove the backrest mounting bracket (2).
Refitting the backrest unit:
·
Replace the parts in the reverse order.
·
To conclude, you should always carry out a trial run to test the vehicle functions.
