REMOVAL/INSTALLATION OF BATTERY AND INSPECTION
Removal:
----Disconnect the negative and positive
cables of battery.
----Loosen the bolt of front battery
clamping steel plate, and remove
the clamping steel plate.
----Move the battery forward, isolate
the back clamping plate and take
down the battery.
Note: After removing of the battery,
be sure not to simply dispose
it around; it should be put
horizontally in a designated
place.
The installing steps are reverse to
those for removal.
Inspection procedure:

Inspect the battery according to the following procedure
Procedure
Measure the open circuit voltage of

Quick charge for 30 minutes

After that, re-inspect the voltage
Use load tester to apply load current
(refer to the load test table) for battery,
3 record the battery voltage after 15
seconds. Is the battery voltage exceeding
the specified value?
