buffer set by CM67 Y=05.
NOTE 2: This data setting is valid to the
group that is set to "XX" in the first
data.

NOTE 3: Assign the value which is multiple of
the payload size assigned by CM67
Y=00 to the location number that is
set to the PN-8IPLA (IP-PAD) card.
If the setting value of the second
data is not multiple of the payload
size, the value that the reminder is
omitted is assigned to the location
number automatically.
