Your Konica FAX 9820 comes with two languages in-
stalled—English and Spanish, French or Portuguese, de-
pending on where you bought your unit—which appear on
the display and in reports. Follow the instructions below to
switch languages.

Press the Select Function key.

Press the 9/User Program One Touch key. The
display shows 1:FUNC. PROGRAMMING.

Press the Yes3 key. The display shows
FUNCTION NO. [ ]
ENTER 01-23.

Using the numeric keypad, enter 15. The display
shows USER LANGUAGE.

Press the No
installed language.
To accept the language change, press the Yes 3key.

Press the Select Function key to finish.
For Konica FAX 9820 only. When your Konica Fax
9820's answering mode is set to Fax Forwarding
[FWD], it receives fax messages into memory and
