You can program up to 20 groups into your Konica
FAX 9820.
The Konica FAX 9820 can have up to 129 loca-
tions per group.
Note: This is different from relay broadcasting, where
one fax is sent to a remote machine, which then relays
it to a group of fax numbers.

Press the Select Function key.

Press the 8/Location Program One Touch key. The
display shows LOCATION PROGRAMMING.

On the numeric keypad, press the # key. The
display shows GROUP SETTING.

Using the numeric keypad, enter the two-digit
group number you want to program.

The display shows the number of your current
group and SELECT LOC.(S).

You can now add a location to your group (or delete
a location from it). Refer to the instructions below.

Add a One Touch
Press the One Touch key.

Press Yes 3 to add it to the group.
Add an Auto Dial
Press Auto Dial. Enter the 2-digit Auto location
Dial number. Press Yes 3 to add it to the group.
Press the One Touch key. Press No 4
Delete a previously
added One Touch
to delete it from the group.

Delete an Auto Dial
Press the Auto Dial key. Enter the 2-digit location
Auto Dial number. Press No 4 to delete
it from the group.
Search for a location
Press the Search key continuously until
the location you want appears. Press Yes 3
by name to add or delete

After you have completed your selection by pressing

, the display shows SELECT LOC.
again. Continue to add or delete locations from your
group. Each group can contain up to a maximum of
all of the One Touch and Auto Dial locations available
on your Konica FAX 9820.

When you are finished programming your group,

press the No
key. The display shows LOCATION
PROGRAMMING.

To program another group, go back to Step 3.
If you are finished, press the Select Function key.
