Unable to read online document.
■ Is Adobe Acrobat Reader installed properly?
→ A part of online document is provided in PDF file format. Install the Adobe Acrobat Reader
beforehand.
■ Is the system OS Windows XP SP2?
→ If the online document is going to be displayed on the Windows XP SP2, the following
information bar may be displayed.
"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active
content that could access your computer. Click here for options..."
Display the online document with the following steps in this case.
1. Click the Information bar. A shortcut menu is displayed.
2. Select "Allow Blocked Content" on the shortcut menu.
Security Alert dialog box is displayed.
3. Click "OK" on the dialog box.
Menu items are not displayed.
■ Is the system Windows XP or later?
→ Master Control Menu operate only on Windows XP and later.
■ Is "Shift" key pressed?
→ The Autorun feature is cancelled when loading EXPRESSBUILDER DVD with pressing "Shift"
key
■ Is the system in the proper status?
→ The menu may not appear depending on the system registry setting or the timing to set
EXPRESSBUILDER DVD. In such a case, select "My Computer" from the Explorer and double
click the DVD drive icon that the media is set.
Menu items are grayed out.
■ Is the system environment proper?
→ The menu items are grayed out when the used environment does not match the software
installation environment, such as logging in as a user without Administrator privilege or
operating the program on the device other than the server.
First log in with proper environment and proper user privilege, and then operate the program
again.
